Thailand Content Market 2026 Sets Sights on Global Impact for the Country’s Creative Sector, with a Trade Value Goal Exceeding THB 2 Billion

As Thailand’s inaugural comprehensive international trade hub dedicated to content and creative industries, Thailand Content Market 2026 will assemble over 300 firms encompassing content producers, intellectual property owners, financiers, purchasers, distributors, and creative enterprises in film, television series, animation, gaming, character licensing, digital publishing, art toys, board games, and related innovative fields. The event is projected to draw more than 300 purchasers and investors from over 28 nations, fostering substantial prospects for global trade, capital infusion, and corporate partnerships.

A standout feature of this event is the merging of two of Thailand’s leading international business gatherings under the Thailand Content Market banner. Bangkok International Digital Content Festival 2026 (BIDC 2026) makes a comeback as Thailand’s foremost digital content commerce platform, developed in partnership between DITP and five Thai digital content industry organizations. This year’s iteration features 89 Thai enterprises and 80 international purchasers from across the globe, aiming to orchestrate over 550 business matchmaking sessions spanning animation, gaming, character licensing, and digital content sectors.

Concurrently, the Creative Economy Agency (CEA) will unveil Bangkok International Content Market 2026 (BICM 2026), Thailand’s pioneer worldwide marketplace focused exclusively on the film and television sector. BICM will gather more than 400 Thai and international corporations, in addition to the BICM Pitching & Awards, which will highlight over 55 film and series concepts from Thailand, the Asia-Pacific region, and global partner networks. The agenda offers creators chances to present directly to investors, producers, broadcasters, streaming services, and distributors, opening doors for co-productions, funding, and worldwide release.

Over the course of three days, Thailand Content Market 2026 is anticipated to enable more than 1,000 business matchmaking sessions, backed by the involvement of prominent

enterprises from both Thailand and overseas, including Epic Games, Warner Bros. Discovery, Mono Streaming, Kantana Group, White Light Studio, Matching Maximize Solution, GMMTV, True CJ Creations, M Studio, Netflix, and iQIYI International (Thailand). Their involvement highlights Thailand’s expanding importance as a regional center for content and creative sectors, as well as a pathway to global business prospects.

In addition to its commercial agenda, Thailand Content Market 2026 will feature a diverse array of activities accessible to the public, such as seminars conducted by global industry experts, character fan meet-ups, interactive workshops, and creative inspiration sessions. By uniting commerce, imagination, and audiences on a single platform, the event supports Thailand’s goal of emerging as Asia’s Content Industry Hub while generating enduring economic benefits through the expansion of its content and creative industries.

Thailand Content Market 2026 is scheduled for 20–22 July 2026 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) in Bangkok. Entry is complimentary. For additional details and registration, please visit thailandcontentmarket.com.
